Terms & Conditions

1. 🛠️ Damage, Accident, or Theft Responsibility: The Renter is fully responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period, including accidents or mishandling. Repairs must be carried out only at an authorized service center using genuine spare parts. In case of theft or total loss, the Renter shall pay the full current market value of the vehicle. The daily rental charges will continue until the vehicle is repaired or replaced and becomes available for rental again.
2. 🪖 Helmet Loss or Damage: If the helmet provided is lost or damaged during the rental period, the Renter shall be charged ₹650 per helmet.
3. ⛽ Fuel Policy: The vehicle will be provided with fuel sufficient only to reach the nearest petrol pump at the time of pickup. Thereafter, the Renter is responsible for refueling. No refund shall be provided for any excess fuel remaining at the time of return.
4. 📌 Advance Booking & Refund Policy: The advance booking amount is non-refundable if the Renter cancels the booking, delays the pickup, or fails to show up. However, if Mobyke is unable to provide the booked vehicle, the full advance amount shall be refunded.
5. 🚗 Vehicle Availability: While we strive to provide the exact vehicle booked, availability cannot be guaranteed. In case the selected vehicle is unavailable, a similar or equivalent model will be provided. No refund shall be applicable in such cases.
6. ⏳ Early Return Policy: If the vehicle is returned before the completion of the booked rental duration after usage has commenced, no refund shall be provided for the unused time.
7. 💵 Security Deposit: Any damage, traffic fines, penalties, or additional charges incurred during the rental period will be deducted from the security deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded within 4–5 working days after the vehicle is returned and inspected.
8. ⏱️ Extension & Late Return Policy: Booking extensions must be requested and confirmed before the scheduled return time and paid in advance. If the vehicle is returned late without prior extension approval, late return charges will be applicable as per Mobyke’s prevailing rates.
9. 📏 Kilometer Usage Policy: The kilometer limit applicable to the rental is as mentioned in the booking details. Any usage beyond the specified limit will be charged additionally as per the rates applicable to the selected vehicle.
10. 🚨 Illegal Use: The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, including but not limited to criminal acts, racing, or unauthorized commercial use. In such cases, the Renter shall bear full legal responsibility, and Mobyke reserves the right to terminate the rental immediately and take legal action.
11. 📝 User Declaration: The Renter confirms that all provided details are accurate and declares having read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions. The Renter agrees to follow all traffic laws and accepts full responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period.

We collect only the information necessary to provide rental services and comply with legal requirements.
